Interior Build Out Completed by J.E. Charlotte Construction Corp. at Jacaranda Commons

Charlotte Construction Corp. is continuing the interior build out of Jacaranda Commons designed by national retail architects Cuhaci and Peterson of Orlando for Primerica Group One of Tampa. The Venice shopping center is in the heart of one of South Sarasota County’s fastest growing areas and will feature a variety of businesses and retail shops to compliment the Publix.
J.E. Charlotte Construction completed the build out on the 1,400 square feet nail salon within the plaza and is ready to move forward on build out of a hair salon, dental office, restaurant and dry cleaners.
