Cary L. Dunn, M.D., PA: New Employee Announcement – Jennifer Davis, PA-C
September 14, 2009- Sarasota, Florida- The medical practice of Skin Cancer Specialist, Cary L. Dunn, MD, PA, is pleased to welcome the addition of Physician Assistant, Jennifer Davis. Jennifer will be working the practice’s Sarasota clinic located at 2750 Bahia Vista St. Suite 250. She will be seeing patients for skin assessments, biopsies and pre cancerous treatment.
Jennifer is joining the practice, as a replacement for Marlie E. Lucas, ARNP-C, who left the field of Dermatology to pursue other interests in July. “I am thrilled to have Jennifer join our practice “says Dr. Cary Dunn. “With her qualifications and recommendations, I am confident in her ability to provide exceptional care to our patients.”
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from University of South Florida in Tampa in 2004. She went on to receive her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from University of Florida in Gainesville in 2007. She practiced in the field of Dermatology in Arizona, before returning to Florida to accept the position with Dr. Dunn. Jennifer holds certificates with ACLS, PALS, NCCPA and BLS. She is a member of AAPA, FAPA and SDPA.
Dr. Cary Dunn has been treating patients in southwest Florida for more than ten years. He is a Board Certified Dermatologist with advanced fellowship training in Mohs Micrographic Surgery, the technique that offers the highest cure rate. The practice is unique, as it only handles skin cancer cases, and does not currently treat any general or cosmetic dermatology cases. Dr. Dunn’s clinics are in Sarasota, Venice, Arcadia and Boca Grande. Jennifer Davis, PA-C joins practitioners Shanna Moore, PA-C and Joseph Santini, PA-C.
