Scottsdale, AZ (September 18, 2009)-Pei Wei Asian Diner, owned and operated by P.F. Chang’s China Bistro (NASDAQ: PFCB) will expand their Florida presence by opening their Sarasota location on Monday September 28th, 2009. Pei Wei Asian Diner offers high-quality Asian cuisine in a comfortable, quick, and casual dine-in or take-out environment.
Sarasota Pei Wei Asian Diner guests are greeted with contemporary Asian-inspired decor- and a menu featuring cuisine from five Asian countries: China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam. All items are cooked-to-order and the dim sum is prepared daily. Pei Wei Asian Diner prepares dishes in a wok-tossed style, using high-heat and cast iron works.
