LAKELAND, Fla. –The City of Lakeland, Florida, has selected Ovations Food Services, a specialist in food and beverage services for public assembly facilities, to provide their high-level of quality food presentation and customer service to The Lakeland Center. Heading up the Ovations team for The Lakeland Center is General Manager Mark Pruett formerly with the Duke Energy Center located in Cincinnati, Ohio and Sales Manager Mianne Gillam formerly with Des Moines’ Iowa Events Center.
